About This Manual

MooveTeam lets you create interactive GPS-based experiences. You design an activity — a team-building, a city tour, an educational game, whatever you can imagine — and other people play it on their phones.

This manual covers:

  • MooveTeam CMS — the web back-office where you design events, manage teams, build challenges, configure routes, track live gameplay, and export results.
  • MooveXR — the player app for team-based experiences. Supports indoor, outdoor, and hybrid activities with augmented reality, gadgets, and real-time chat.

This manual is for anyone who wants to understand the MooveTeam ecosystem — from how you design an experience in the back-office to what players see on their phones.

The Player Apps section shows what participants see on their devices.

You do not need technical skills. If you can use a web browser, you can use MooveTeam CMS.

Here is what a typical workflow looks like:

  1. Design — Create an event in the CMS. Add teams, build challenges, draw routes on a map.
  2. Test — Run a free demo to make sure everything works.
  3. Run — Start the event for real. Watch teams move on the live map. Score photo challenges.
  4. Finish — Stop the event. Review results. Export scores and photos.

The CMS runs entirely in the browser — there is nothing to install on your computer. Players only need to download MooveXR on their phone.

  • New to MooveTeam? Start with The Platform to understand how the pieces fit together, then follow the guides to create and run your first event.
  • Know the basics already? Jump to the How-To Guides for specific tasks.
  • Want to see what players see? Browse the Player Apps section for screenshots and explanations of every screen.
  • Need to look up a field or button? Check the Interface Reference — it documents every CMS screen in detail.
  • Something went wrong? Open Troubleshooting.

Creating events in MooveTeam CMS is free. Testing them in demo mode is free and unlimited. You only pay when you run an event with real participants — each playing team costs one credit. Credits are purchased in advance and never expire.

This means you can follow every step in this manual without spending anything.
